My wife received email that administrative processing is complete and to submit her passport, yellow form, copy of email and envelope. We submitted the information on Friday afternoon. We have still not received her passport. How long it takes from the date of submission. Does this email means that her passport will be H-1B stamped and there would no more questions.

Yup, However, Any Bill that comes out of HR or Senate need to be sent to other wing of the congress for approval. So in this case if at all a security only bill is passed by House it has to be sent to senate for approval. And its a known fact that a security only bill would be rejected by Senate democrats. So in my view, this effort appears to be a waste of time and tax payers money and a political tactic.
In my personal opinion, let Democrats take control of the House this Nov and the ball would get rolling on any immigration bill.

I am apalled at your intepretation of what I said. I do not see much point in responding to your allegations. My only point is that any system however broken, should be FIFO to the extent possible. If you think anyone who believes in this wants others to suffer, then that's your problem.

These are tough questions and most of it depends on "grounds of revocation": I will try to answer them, but remember, I am not a lawyer!
1. I do not see a good way to stop the revocation. There may also not be a good reason to appeal against revocation (only situation when any lawyer would advise to fight against revocation would be: if a fraud is implicated in revocation reason on your part or more likely your employer's part, and if it is such that can be proved wrong; then it may be worth going behind; but this is a long shot).
2. That will depend on the "grounds of revocation"; if it is on the grounds of fraud it may be a problem for future H1bs. This is more likely to be correct for the "employer" rather than "you" (in other words, in future, if you try to get H1B with another employer, it may not be an issue but your current employer may face more scrutiny with any future H1B or may be even L1B applications).
3. Your options: Firstly wait for the revocation letter. Go through the details of it. If the letter does not talk about any fraud or misrepresentation, then forget about that H1B. Continue working with L1B and in future file H1B only when you actually inted to work on it right away. Best would be to file any future H1B with a different employer, but that would depend on your circumstances.
If the revocation letter mentioned anything about fraud of misrepresentation, then have it reviewed very carefully by a good attorney as it may have implications for yoru future immigration petitions in future and you want to straighten them before they create any problems.

For those who are new to all this, I want to reiterate, Immigration Voice is NOT just another forum to get information! Don't think of it as a portal. It is an activist, voluntary organization, working to bring change. Dont accuse people here taking the name and this is not a site to fight and show your frustrations,
It is truly something whose time had come! you cannot do everything alone!
The only way we will be heard is - if we are organized, and raise our hands to be counted!
AND, PLEASE VOTE WITH YOUR WALLETS - money runs everything as we know only too well!
Something will get done this summer on retrogression, everyone says so. But, only if we speak in one voice, we will get all that we want, and maybe even prevent Retrogression in the future!

Just imagine if you were put under new FEE scheme? Do you have an option to negotiate? No! So I am sure it saved atleast $2000 on an average. How much of that do you think we can give IV for OUR OWN cause?
If each person contribute 25% of what they saved from no FEEs raise solution, I am sure we will not have to wait in another backlog DAM and shout for the gates to be opened!
Our contribution of "NOW" would help IV to have the lobbying firm grease those gates or even remove the gates!
Let's not suffocate in another backlog! Let's be safe than sorry!
We have 21,000 members, 14,000 active, so if 10000 contribute $500 that would be 5 Million! Sure that's hefty enough to talk to the lawmaker as they are busy doing the fund raising for the next election. Let's not make IV Core to ask for money again, we should have heard and seen thier efforts and achievements! Let do it Guys!

Take some months off and have fun. I took some months off twice after I started this process in 2002. Once to finish my MBA by going full time :) and the other just to goof around for 6 months. Once in a while we all need a break.
When we work, we lose a lot of essential things in life because of craziness in work life.
Best things to do in a break
(1) Eat good healthy food
(2) Spend quality time with family and friends
(3) Improve health, lifestyle - learn stress free living, no feel bad or tensions - exercise, sleep, yoga etc..
(4) Go for cruises , camping, long drives etc..
(5) Do social service
(6) Play games, watch movies, browse internet
(7) Have a positive outlook - look at career life in a different way - look at how people became big - offcourse not by hanging on to job by hard work or other methods or constantly wanting to be on job - but by innovation and thinking out of the box
(8) Improve your networks, build broken bonds, catch up with all those good people
Eventually - when the time comes - u will find yourself back in a promising job :)

I am an H1B and have 4 dependants as H4s. My Labor Certif was submitted as EB3 on 08/06/07 is "In Process" .... I still don't know how far or close I am from the GC. I will like to participate and understand better this process.

Only one or two photo IDs. Preferably, passports an DLs. I think they enter PP # on I-693. That is what link's you ( or is it SSN or ITIN).
Note: Remember to put ITIN (IRS issued Income Tax Identification Number), on dependent's SSN field.
When I contacted the clinic they mentioned only bring a valid photo ID(Driver's licence also OK). I was expecting that they may need some of my immigration documents. What do you guys think?

despite all comments here, i suggest you do it. remember that only those people who faced problems would come to this forum to talk about it... for every one person who faced problems there might be 10s if not 100s who went through it alright. i have changed employers on ac21, my new employer's lawyer sent USCIS a letter without my authorization that my new employer will take responsibility of my 140... uscis obviously confused, sent me an RFE asking for the evl again while acknowledging that my lawyer's earlier letter did not address all AC21 requirements (they spelled that out). I responded with the help of my new employer and all is well. no rejections, no NOID no nothing... all safe and all well... i am considering from a long time and now currently seeking to move to self-employment using ac21... i dont see major risks...

I will have to relocate to a different state. My GC has not been approved yet and I'll be using AC21. The new job is in the same area as my current job. Based on my own (horrible) experience with AC21, I would advise you stay where you are. Keep your case clean with respect to I-140. Take GC and then plan your life from there. Anyway you are just a few months away from GC. Why invite trouble? 15% rise or some improvement in overall benefit is not a good offset for the risk that you are taking.

If you have an I140 approval notice it may have an A # on it. This is the A#. NOT the I94 number.
Only the prinicipal applicant will have an A# so leave that box empty on the dependents forms.
I have 140 approved and the approval notice doesnt have any A # on it. Not all 140s get A# assigned to it. I dont know how they decide but every 140 approval doesnt come with an A # on it.
